Our International Patient Journey
1 Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a remote consultation — conducted via video call or detailed written exchange — in which our medical team reviews your goals, evaluates your suitability for the proposed procedure, and outlines a personalised treatment plan. This consultation is handled entirely in English.
2 Treatment Planning & Quotation
Once your evaluation is complete, you will receive a comprehensive treatment proposal including procedure details, timeline, estimated recovery period, accommodation options, and a transparent cost breakdown. There are no hidden fees.
3 Travel & Accommodation
Our coordination team provides guidance on flights, accommodation near the clinic, and local transport. We work with trusted accommodation partners to ensure comfort and proximity during your stay. Transfer arrangements between the airport, hotel, and clinic are managed by our team.
4 Arrival & Pre-Operative Assessment
Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to the clinic for your pre-operative assessment. This includes a face-to-face consultation with your surgeon, final medical evaluations, and a full briefing on the procedure, recovery, and aftercare expectations.
5 Procedure & In-Clinic Recovery
Your procedure will be performed in a fully equipped hospital operating theatre by your assigned surgical team. Post-operative recovery is managed by our clinical staff, and you will remain under medical supervision for the required duration before being cleared to return to your accommodation.
6 Post-Operative Follow-Up
Before departure, you will receive a detailed aftercare plan with specific instructions for your recovery at home. Our team remains available for remote follow-up communication after your return, ensuring that your recovery continues safely and that any questions are addressed promptly.
Languages & Communication
Our patient coordination team communicates fluently in English and can arrange support in Arabic and other languages upon request. All treatment documentation is available in English.
